Tournament Description

The 2020 National Hockey Festival, presented by CranBarry, features play for U-12 Co-Ed (7v7), U-14 Girls (7v7/11v11), U-16 Girls (7v7/11v11), U-19 Girls (7v7/11v11), U-19 Boys (7v7) and Adults in an Open and Mixed Division (11v11).

With hotels being in high demand during Thanksgiving weekend, USA Field Hockey has teamed up with Team Travel Source as the official housing provider to make sure the best quality hotels are available during this time of year at the best possible rates available. Pricing Information:
Pricing for each age group will vary per division, please see below a breakdown of each division's registration fees. A $300 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to register each team. *All Balances will be due on the final payment deadline of Wednesday, September 30, 2020

  • U-19 Girls: $1,750 per team | Full Field, 11v11
  • U-19 Girls: $1,475 per team | Half Field, 7v7
  • U-16 Girls: $1,750 per team | Full Field, 11v11
  • U-16 Girls: $1,475 per team | Half Field, 7v7
  • U-14 Girls: $1,475 per team | Full Field, 11v11
  • U-14 Girls: $1,200 per team | Half Field, 7v7
  • U-12 Co-Ed: $850 per team | Half Field, 7v7
  • U-19 Boys: $725 per team | Half Field, 7v7
  • Adult Mixed: $725 per team | Full Field, 11v11
  • Women's Adult Open: $725 per team | Full Field, 11v11

Division Information
U-12 Co-Ed teams will be placed in pools of six (6) teams with like rating. There will be a re-rating period for this division before the final schedule release. Five (5) game guarantee!

U-14 Girls, U-16 Girls and U-19 Girls teams will be placed in pools of six (6) snaked by rank. Five (5) game guarantee!

U-19 Boys, Women's Adult Open and Mixed game count is dependent on final registration numbers. 

Teams should expect either two (2) games Thursday, two (2) games Friday and one (1) game Saturday OR one (1) game Thursday, two (2) games Friday and two (2) games Saturday.

Competition Timeframe (subject to change):
Thursday, November 26, 2020: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday, November 27, 2020:  8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, November 28, 2020: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Roster Information:
Roster Deadline: Friday, October 30, 2020 by 11:59 p.m. ET. *A late fee will be applied after this date if no roster is submitted. You will still be able to edit your roster until the Lockdown date.
Roster Lockdown: Friday, November 13, 2020 11:59 p.m. ET.

*All rosters will need to be completed electronically prior to Team Check-in on site.

Refund Information: USA Field Hockey requires a $300 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to register each team. All balances are due by the final payment deadline of Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Refunds will not be granted after this date except for the COVID-19 policy below.

COVID-19 Policy - Should USA Field Hockey cancel the event due to federal, state or local mandates related to COVID-19, all teams will be refunded the full tournament fee MINUS a $100 processing/administrative fee. Refunds will be processed 7-10 business days from the announcement of cancellation. If COVID-19 travel restrictions/mandates forbid a clubs movement out of state/country, refunds will be given on a case by case basis. Any withdraws or cancellations on the clubs behalf, even if due to COVID-19 concerns, will be subject to USA Field Hockey’s Refund Policy. If requested within open registration deadline then a refund would be granted minus non-refundable deposit. If final payment deadline has past no refunds will be granted. All requests to cancel or withdraw must be made in writing to Madeline Hoeppner, USA Field Hockey's Events and Club Services Manager, at mhoeppner@usafieldhockey.com.
